About Me

Hey there,

I’m Gio, and I’ve been practicing massage therapy for the past two decades. It’s been quite a journey, filled with moments of learning, growth, and the simple joy of helping others feel better.

In my practice, I specialize in something called fascial release deep tissue massage. Now, you might not have heard that exact term before, but essentially, it’s a technique that focuses on releasing tension in the body’s fascial system to promote relaxation and alleviate pain.

So, how did I end up here? Well, like many things in life, it started with a passion. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of using touch to heal and nurture, and that’s what led me to become a massage therapist in the first place.

One thing you’ll notice about my practice is that I tend to work a lot with folks who are really into their sports or activities. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned athlete, I’m here to help you recover from those tough workouts and get back to doing what you love.

But it’s not just about athletes. I also work with people dealing with chronic pain. Whether it’s from an old injury or just the stresses of everyday life, I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their own body.

I’ll take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and tailor each session to what’s best for you.
